Sent Collective is a
network of microchurches that invite people to
follow Jesus, in worship, in community, and on mission.
Sent Collective exists to invite people to see, follow and become like Jesus, together.
For us, church is the place where worship, community and mission overlap.
At Sent Collective the way we gather imitates the model of Jesus as he called and sent his followers. He had his 3 closest disciples (Matthew 17:1-2), his 12 disciples (Mark 3:13-14) and he sent out the 72 (Luke 10:1-3). Our Microchurches, Gathered Worship and DNA Triplets are the key vehicles we use to invite people to follow Jesus.
Starting from Clayton, we expect to see Microchurches multiply and spread to across our city. This will form the basis of a network that serves a broad range of different expressions of church life. Our Microchurches gather in homes, workplaces, universities, gyms, sporting clubs, pubs, and parks. Our leaders come together for Gathered Worship celebrating what God is doing across our church and grow in personal discipleship through our DNA Triplets.
We love to connect with people who are passionate about knowing Jesus and making him known wherever God has placed you. We want to collaborate and help people step into God’s call on their life. If that’s you, please contact us.
God is relational and pursues this deep fellowship with us. We are created to live a life of worship. As disciples we want to be devoted and surrendered in our relationship with Jesus.
Doing life in community is important to us. The gospel enables us to genuinely grow in community and model what it means to be accountable and connected.
Mission is all that God is doing in the world to bring everything back into line with his perfect design. We are called to participate in this mission. Jesus sends us to go and make disciples in our neighbourhoods and networks.
